Once:
You can now build your central forecast on Fygr.
To do so follow the next steps :
Go to the "Dashboard" section of Fygr, then display the table view :
CUSTOMISABLE FORMULAS
A first method of building your forecast is to construct customisable formulas. To do this, simply click on the "Fx" button to the left of each sub-category heading:
A pop-up window will appear with an 'Add a formula' button. When you click on it, you will first be asked to name the formula.
Once the formula has been named, various fields on the right-hand side of the tab will be displayed, giving you the opportunity to customise the parameters of the formula with the following details:Value (in EUR or %) ;
Start date ;
Recurrence ;
Minimum amount / Maximum amount.
Once you have created a formula, you can modify, deactivate or even delete it. Note that the formulas are stackable, so you can create several forecast formulas for a single sub-category.
TARGET CAPTURE
If you wish, you can also adjust the amounts in the cells of your choice directly in the table.
PROJECTION OF YOUR INVOICES ON THE FORECAST
Fygr also allows you to project your committed invoices (customers/suppliers) onto the forecast:
I use several forecast projection methods on the same line: how do they interact with each other?
I've entered several formulas in the same category
These formulas add up in this category.
I used formulas and an objective entry in the same cell
The lens overwrites the formula in this cell.
I entered two targets in the same cell
The last lens overwrites the previous one on this cell.
I have projected several invoices in the same category
These invoices are added together in this category.
I've entered a formula and an invoice in the same cell
2 use cases :
The value of the invoice is greater than that of the formula: the invoice overwrites the formula in this cell.
The value of the formula is greater than that of the invoice: the formula continues to apply, and the green bar at the bottom of the cell indicates the amount of invoices incurred (compared with the amount calculated by the formula).
I've entered a target and an invoice in the same cell
2 use cases :
The value of the invoice is greater than that of the target: the invoice overwrites the target in this cell.
The value of the target is greater than that of the invoice: the target overwrites the invoice in this cell.
