To avoid having to reconnect your CIC or Crédit Mutuel account too regularly, we advise you to follow the procedure below in your banking interface:
In the "Security" column, click on the "Profile" tab, then on "Connection method" ;
Change the connection mode, and simply select it every 90 days (see screenshot attached / below).
If you can't find the 'Connection mode' button in the 'Security' column, it's probably because your access to the banking interface doesn't have these permissions. You have 2 options:
Ask the main account user to unblock your access;
Ask your bank adviser to activate the option.
Once this procedure has been completed, you may need to perform a new strong authentication on Fygr, then refresh your data in order to access your latest transactions.
