If your CIC or Crédit Mutuel bank account goes out of sync with Fygr almost every day, this article is for you.

To avoid having to reconnect your CIC or Crédit Mutuel account too regularly, we advise you to follow the procedure below in your banking interface:

  1. In the "Security" column, click on the "Profile" tab, then on "Connection method" ;

  2. Change the connection mode, and simply select it every 90 days (see screenshot attached / below).

    If you can't find the 'Connection mode' button in the 'Security' column, it's probably because your access to the banking interface doesn't have these permissions. You have 2 options:

    • Ask the main account user to unblock your access;

    • Ask your bank adviser to activate the option.

    Once this procedure has been completed, you may need to perform a new strong authentication on Fygr, then refresh your data in order to access your latest transactions.
