If you have a Société Générale account and you can't connect it to Fygr, make sure you have activated the Security Pass from your mobile application.
For your information, the Security Pass is a free, simple and fast service that allows you to validate transactions in complete security from your mobile application.
To activate the Security Pass in just a few clicks, follow the instructions below:
Go to your Société Générale mobile application;
Click on "Means of security" ;
Click on "Discover", then "Activate the Security Pass";
Follow the instructions displayed to confirm the activation.
Once you have done this, add your bank to Fygr using the standard procedure.
