Duplicate transactions?

Your bank may occasionally transmit the same transaction twice. Here's how to deal with this situation.

In certain specific cases, your bank may send us two transaction lines:

  • one before the transaction is validated ;

  • another after the transaction has been validated.

If you see a duplicate in the list of your transactions, you can archive them:

If you have any doubts, please take a screenshot of the transactions identified as potential duplicates:

And send it to us at the following address: [email protected], together with the date on which you first noticed them. We will take care of putting an end to this situation.
