Fygr lets you import all your committed invoices from an XLS or CSV file in just a few clicks.

The main advantage of our Deadlines function is that it allows you to project invoices in progress, i.e. invoices that have been issued but not yet paid, in your cash flow forecast. Integrating invoices that have already been paid will therefore have no impact on your Fygr dashboard.

We therefore recommend that you only include invoices that have been committed but not yet paid in your Due dates tab.

You can easily import invoices into Fygr, using xls, xlsx and csv formats.

  • From the "Invoice" tab, click on the "Add an invoice" button:

  • Select "Import invoices":

  • Select the type of invoice (customer or supplier):

  • Then import an extract from your invoices by copying and dragging.

We recommend that you use the template provided for this step:

The template is presented in the form of an Excel file, to be completed:

  • Once the file has been added, check that the automatic column mapping is correct, and adjust it if necessary :

  • Click on "Save" and find all the invoices imported from your file directly in your Fygr account:

If you need more details on the steps to follow, here is our video tutorial dedicated to this question:

N.B.: the "Invoices" tab is now called "Due dates".

If you wish, you can also enter your invoices manually from this tab.
