Using a Remote Machine (e.g. COAXIS, etc.) for RCA Users

If you use a remote machine to run RCA, here is how to proceed in order to establish the connection with Fygr.

  1. Unable to install the software? It may be that your remote desktop host restricts the installation of new software — i.e. you do not have administrator rights to manage your remote desktop. In this case, you will need to submit a support request to your hosting provider, who will install the necessary software on your behalf.

  2. Please note: the support service of hosting providers may take several days to process your request. We therefore strongly recommend addressing this matter in advance to avoid being unable to create your Fygr account from Préviflash when the time comes.
