The native structure of RCA's Préviflash software is exported to Fygr. This includes:
The numerical data found in the "Control" tab (under the "Cash Flow" sub-tab);
The category hierarchy (Sales, Consumable Supplies, External Services, etc.).
Depending on your needs, you have the option to customise the display by creating "sections" that allow you to group certain accounts together for improved readability of the monitoring table.
To do this, navigate to the "Entry" tab and click on "Add a new section", which you can then rename according to your preferred structure.
The export will include:
the main category (e.g. Supplies and Consumables);
the sub-category or sub-categories (e.g. Energy, Professional Supplies & Equipment, etc.).
The category hierarchy will be automatically created in Fygr when the data is imported.
