My bank connection is out of sync. What should I do?
First of all, you need to connect to the Fygr application:
Once you have logged in, go to the "My banks" section:
Click on the blue wheel for the bank that is currently out of sync:
Follow the instructions to reconnect your bank;
Once you have completed the reconnection procedure, you will be redirected to the main Fygr dashboard. You can then force the refresh of your data by pressing the icon below
N.B.: there is no need to click the above icon several times.
After about 1 minute, the icon should stop rotating.
You can then refresh the web page, and your data should now be up to date.
