How can I find out when my bank details were last updated?

To find out when your Fygr account was last recovered, follow the instructions below:

Log in to your Fygr account;
Click on the profile icon at the top right of the blue banner;
Click on the My Banks button.

The date and time of the last synchronisation will be shown.

Please note that Fygr synchronises your bank transactions once or twice a day. It is therefore possible that certain transactions over the last 12-24 hours have not yet appeared in your dashboard.
