I Have Invoices With Multiple Due Dates — How Do I Configure Them?

To set up multiple due dates on an invoice, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the "Invoices" tab, then click on the relevant invoice line.

  2. A pop-up displaying the invoice details will appear. Click on the "Payment Schedule & Bank Reconciliation" button.

  3. Edit the first due date by entering an initial amount.

  4. Click on "Add a Due Date", then fill in the required fields: Description, Status, Pre-tax Amount, VAT Rate, Total Amount Including Tax, and Due Date. Repeat this process as many times as needed.
