When you make a cash investment through your Fygr account, your money is placed in a money market fund held by CACEIS, the custodian bank of the Crédit Agricole group.

A money market fund is a tool designed to manage cash efficiently. It invests exclusively in safe, highly liquid financial assets. These funds are commonly referred to as "MMFs" — Money Market Funds.

These funds allow for daily deposits and withdrawals, making them particularly popular among Chief Financial Officers for short-term cash management.

MMFs are subject to strict regulation due to their significance within the global financial system. In France, their authorisation and supervision are provided by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

Through your Fygr account, you have access to two money market funds:

  • one denominated in euros (EUR)

  • one denominated in US dollars (USD)

Full details and identifiers for these funds are available in the Cash Investment section of your Fygr account.
